Founder Retreats

09 — OUR STORY

Elena & Felipe

We spent fifteen years building Novalins, a global B2B service company. Over time, we began questioning the roles we had created and how much space we wanted the business to occupy in our lives.

Our transition took years. We explored a potential sale, tried different ways of making the company less dependent on us and eventually appointed a General Manager to run it. Stepping back gave us space to ask what could come next.

During a six-month family trip, time close to nature sparked the idea for Impact Missions. Our own transition also showed us the value of honest conversations and genuine distance, which led to Private Gatherings, Founder Retreats and Next Stories.

Felipe now works as an artist and visual storyteller. He helps assess selected projects and brings their work to life through the visual stories created for participating companies. Elena leads the research, partnerships and design of each experience.

We created Founders Next to help founders explore what comes next for the companies they have built, and for themselves.
